Membership, Trust & Implementation Notes
- Porwal Youth Charitable Trust has been formed to carry out PYCI’s service work. PYCI members can become trust members by completing a membership form.
- Separate donor accounts maintained for transparency; top donors and outstanding volunteers are recognized annually at the PYCI function.
- Professionals (doctors, lawyers, accountants, engineers) who provide free services to the trust will be acknowledged and honored.
- All chapter activities and welfare projects are documented and integrated under the trust’s programs for coordinated impact.
Events & Member Engagement
- Organize two domestic or international trips (religious/recreational) per year and an annual function.
- Chapters to hold festival gatherings (Holi, Diwali), one annual picnic, and short local tours.
- Encourage regular member interaction to build a strong support network and mutual help culture.
Transparency & Governance
- Maintain monthly CA audits and share monthly/annual accounts with members.
- Operate digital banking for transparent income and expenditure tracking.
- Present project proposals and plans to experienced advisors in Jaipur, Sawai Madhopur and Kota for guidance and deployment.
How to Get Involved
- Become a Member – complete the membership form to join a chapter.
- Donate – contribute to the trust’s welfare funds (80G benefits available).
- Volunteer – offer time, skills or professional services for community programs.
- Partner – propose local projects or chapters and help implement them.
